Vegan Lunch in Paradise Valley

Beautiful foods and views at Elements at the Sanctuary Resort. Paradise Valley, the luxurious Beverly Hills of Arizona, offers a picturesque landscape that’s bound to make your heart skip a beat. This quaint oasis is nestled amidst towering mountains and swaying palm trees that leave a lasting impression on your senses. And, if you’re on the hunt for delectable cuisine, then look no further than Elements at the Sanctuary Resort.

Their menu is a feast for both vegans and omnivores alike. The restaurant offers an array of farm to table American Cuisine with Asian accents. Elements’ Chef Samantha Sanz creates seasonal menus incorporating local, organic produce. From the moment you step in, the impeccable service and sophisticated decor sets the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. The star of the show has to be their chilled coconut and chia seed parfait. The combination of velvety chia pudding, succulent berries, sweet banana, crunchy coconut flakes, and nutty dark chocolate hemp seeds create a symphony of flavors that delight your palate. Not only is it scrumptious, but it’s also packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants, making it the perfect guilt-free indulgence.

However, if you’re looking for something more substantial, the vegan burger will not disappoint. The “smash” burger patty is generously stacked with caramelized onions, their signature “fancy sauce,” and classic lettuce, tomato, and pickle toppings, sandwiched between two seared buns. The burger is juicy, seasoned to perfection, and simply massive. And, let’s not forget about the fries. These thick, natural cut fries, sprinkled with just the right amount of salt, are the cherry on top of an already incredible meal.

Overall, Elements is a must-visit restaurant that exudes a trendy vibe while satisfying your cravings with scrumptious food. The ambiance is equal parts chic and cozy, leaving you with a dining experience that’s unparalleled. I can’t recommend this place enough.
